Ash Ketchum is a fictitious character from an animated series Pokémon. Ash Ketchum symbolizes power, strength, youth and simplicity, therefore to dress up like Ash, you need to get lots of enthusiasm within you. To begin with, the costume, you need a pair of jeans folded twice at the bottoms with a red belt worn and a poke ball positioned on one side of it or you can glue up a poke ball to give the same effect. A green colored glove with the light green colored rim without the fingers covered in right hand, the cheapest way to get this type of gloves is to get a white pair and then paint them with dark and light green shades.
A dark green sweatshirt is available easily everywhere, you can also take a round necked green T-shirt. Now the main part is finding the same jacket and as economical as possible, for this you can show some of your creativity as well and use two different clothes to make one Ash Ketchum jacket. To do so, you can take a vest of bright blue color, which you may have in your closet, or you can purchase a cheaper one easily from marketplace, then take an old white collared shirt, preferable a polo shirt, cut it off from the sleeves and the collar then stitch it to the blue vest.
There is some yellow piping at the edges too which can either be left out or if you really want to get into the character, then get a piece of yellow cloth and while doing the stitching part you can always add the yellow piping to the jacket around the edges and the pockets. To go into finer details of the jacket you can put two yellow color buttons on the neck of the jacket as well. Now moving towards the shoes, you can always use your white jogging trainers, you will just need to wash the dirt off and they would be ready for the Ash Ketchum costume. Find some orange colored tattoos or stickers to paste on the shoes so that they may look the same. You can compromise a little on the hat get a red and white hat, easily available in the market. If you are blonde-haired person, put temporary black color spray to your hair to get into the character completely. Do not forget the eyebrows.
